In 2007, Adam felt that there was a single common thread that kept appearing in each residential project that he managed. And on an Autumn afternoon in 2007, the common thread was revealed following the completion of a bathroom remodel.
Adam's clients liked his mind for renovation, remodel and construction. They enjoyed his creative expression and calm client-management style. But the common thread that emerged on that Autumn afternoon in 2007...from a simple bathroom remodel project...was revealed in a simple statement from his client:
"...Adam, it's the way in which you know how to manage all of the madness of construction, budgets, clients and subcontractors, and keep all of it hidden from me, that I really like about you. You made this enjoyable for me."

The Personal Side of Adam
Adam is married to his business partner, Rebecca Ferrara. Adam is active in the Baxter Village business and residential community in Fort Mill, SC. He is very involved in the Fort Mill, SC Rotary Club and the Board of Directors of the Fort Mill YMCA.
Adam Ferrara is a 6th generation Charlestonian with a Bachelors degree from the College of Charleston in Business and Communications. He has been surrounded by construction and business owners his entire life. He started out with John Wieland Homes and Neighborhoods as an Associate Builder and then Builder, where he served for 5 years and finished in Charlotte, NC. After being recruited By Toll Brothers, Inc., the nation's largest luxury home-builder, for the role of Project Manager, Adam was responsible for the installation of all utilities, roads, building pads and new home construction. While with Toll Brothers, Adam along with his team, constructed over $35mm in homes and $2mm in infrastructure. Adam is now the president of Beck Design Group, LLC, along with his business partner, wife and CPA Rebecca H. Ferrara.
